ARCGIS SYSTEMS FOR ENGINEERING FIRMS

Spatial systems that close.

We design and build ArcGIS systems for engineering firms: field inventories, project portals, operations dashboards, and screening tools. Scoped, reviewed, and issued like a plan set.

Four systems we build.

Each one is a defined pattern with a fixed scope and a working demo. Pick the one that matches your problem; the demo and the data sheet show exactly what you get.

S-101 · FIELD TO OFFICE

Field Inventory & Inspection

Field crews collect good data on clipboards and phones, and it dies in a spreadsheet the client never sees.

A phone form for the crew, a hosted layer as the record, an office app for QA and inspection scheduling, and a dashboard for the client.

  • Field Maps form with required fields, pick lists, and photos
  • Hosted asset layer with a related inspection table
  • Office web app: filters, due list, CSV export, QA flag

S-102 · CLIENT- AND PUBLIC-FACING MAPS

Project Portal

Capital projects live in a PDF map and a spreadsheet, and the public, the council, and the PMs all have a different version.

One branded web map and list with phase, schedule, budget, documents, and contact, updated by the PM from a spreadsheet.

  • Projects as points, lines, and polygons in one list
  • Filter by category, phase, district, and fiscal year
  • Project pages with milestones, documents, and a PM contact

S-103 · MONITORING AND KPIS

Operations Dashboard

Work orders, pressures, and breaks live in three systems, and the manager finds out about the bad week in the monthly report.

Assets, work orders, and sensor readings on one screen with KPIs, thresholds, and alerts, fed on a schedule from SCADA and the work-order system.

  • Zones, mains, hydrants, valves, and work orders as layers
  • Sensor layer with a readings table and alarm rules
  • Scheduled feed from a historian export or an API

S-104 · ANALYSIS AND DECISION TOOLS

Site & Alignment Screening

A constraint screening takes a GIS analyst two days in the desktop, and every analyst does it a little differently.

An interactive tool that encodes the firm's screening method: sketch, buffer, weights, overlap acres, parcels, score, and a printable memo.

  • Constraint layers: floodplain, wetlands, slopes, soils, zoning, parcels, utilities
  • Sketch a site or an alignment, or load a candidate
  • Weighted score with editable weights and a stated formula

D-101

Millbrook Culvert & Inlet Inventory

Millbrook Township, Ridgeline County

  1. Filter Condition to Poor and Failed, then Material to CMP
  2. Tap any red circle to open its record and history
  3. Open Insights and export the 12-month due list

D-102

Ridgeline CIP Viewer FY26–FY30

City of Ridgeline, Engineering Division

  1. Filter to Construction and tap a project bar on the timeline
  2. Open a project page and check its milestones
  3. Toggle 'View as public' to see what the city hides

D-103

Ridgeline Water Distribution Operations

Ridgeline Water Utility

  1. Switch on Live and watch the clock advance
  2. Tap a sensor in alarm and read its 24-hour series
  3. Compare breaks per mile by material

D-104

Ridgeline Site & Alignment Screener

Ridgeline County Planning

  1. Load Candidate A and move the buffer slider
  2. Tap Compare A/B/C and read the best row
  3. Generate the screening memo

Demo data is synthetic. Ridgeline County does not exist. Everything else is real: the SDK, the data model, the workflows.

Start with a scoping call.

Thirty minutes. You describe the problem, we tell you which system fits and what it costs to scope. No slide deck.
